Air conditioning so cold challenging to understand the instructions in Japanese language. I hope they will consider free daily bottled water supply., overall it’s a very good hotel

Solo trip for Relaxation

Since I was staying for several nights, I wanted to have a bathtub which I didn’t know that it didn’t come with my reservation. The gentleman who helped me was very nice and looked for the accommodation with the bathtub and I was able to relax comfortably during my stay there.

Hotel was fine, however, there is no seating area or lounge area to sit and as the rooms are very small it would have been nice. The restaurant was either full for breakfast or not open which was not optimal. Staff also was unable to assist in confirming cabs or providing info on tourism. That said, there were plenty of free brochures to help us out.
