Good location, 7 min walk to roppongi station. Onsen was great. Full breakfast included was great. Check in using the automated machine was not easy for multiple rooms. There were staff available to assist with checkin but we were not offered assistance until I became frustrated with the staff directing us to use the automated checkin system. Rooms very small, so for two adults bed was small. Laundry although available line ups for the four machines meant standing in line even at 6:00 am or after 10:00 pm.

staff bother you not safe neighborhood, they have a mandatory cleaning every 3days, someone went in my room and cleaned without consent and the next day they came to clean and bothered me even though the previous day someone already was in my hotel room without consent and cleaned
