Great hotel, great staff and the rooms were clean, nicely laid out. We had the buffet breakfast which had great assortment. Loved this hotel and the lounge offerings. The Cerulean certainly made our trip memorable !

Absolutely fantastic hotel and stay. Bed was so comfortable, very quiet room with outstanding views, lovely pajamas and robes. The executive lounge was a nice respite with more great views. Staff was very kind. Nice selection of snacks and drinks for happy hour. The first floor lounge was nice also, with variety of packaged snacks (the BEST mochi!) and hot drinks, ice cream too. The Japanese breakfast was amazing- we went several times and tried all three main courses, salmon, miso and rolled egg. Really great experience to try new food item- each came with about 5 sides. The western breakfast had a great selection, though we laughed at the miniature serving size of yogurt and muiseli. Pancakes, eggs, potatoes, bread pastries, salad, rice, curry, fruit. Wonderfully convenient location close to train station, but quiet area. Lovely garden path behind hotel, and highly recommend the bakery (Green Thumb) and coffee shop (white Glass) behind hotel also. Very happy with our choice to stay here!

The rooms and amenities are excellent. the service is perfect and very helpful and accommodating especially the concierge who are both very helpful. Only the breakfast restaurant was problematic. I’ve been coming here for 20 years and it has always been great but now they have breakfast included tours and they are not properly staffed so don’t expect to receive ordered coffee or have silverware.

This was an amazing hotel stay, we spent 5 nights in Shibuya and the stores and restaurants were very accessible. The staff was super attentive to our every need and upgraded our room when there was a minor issue with our original room. Reserve a room with access to the Cerulean lounge off the lobby to get coffee, tea, ice cream and great unique japanese snacks.
