The staff was excellent. The location was convenient to Tokyo Station. The breakfast buffet was great. The bathtub really needed a bath mat as the tub floor was slippery. Everything else was great.

The location is great. It's across the street from Tokyo Station. The room is small for three people, but the convenience of the location made up for it.

Close to Tokyo Station

Conveniently located near the Tokyo Station. Near restaurants and conbini. Ssrvice is very good. The front desk staff are very helpful and patient specially with luggage delivery service. The only downside is communication. Room is also small. Not enough space to open a large suitcase. Room is very clean though, so as the hallways and elevators.

This was the second time I stayed at the hotel. The front desk staff were always nice, the room was small but neat and clean, and Tokyo Station is just 3 minutes. I will use the hotel again for my next business trip.

Hotel was confusing to find lobby since on second floor. Greeted very nice and with free amenities at check in. Gave us a corner room which was very large and all items in room were very good. Bed was a little hard and bathroom was a little small but overall room was great.

The people who work here are the top of the top. The building is immaculate, the breakfast is just wonderful, it's the most comforting place to stay. Close to the train station too.
