This hotel is in a great location, only one stop away from Odaiba, and has all kinds of great food and attractions directly around it. The small worlds miniature museum was only a two minute walk away and was my favorite part of the day I spent here.

I stayed at this hotel for a total of four nights in September 2025. I chose it based on the beautiful pictures and because it's a newly built building with beautiful architecture and modern finishes. When I got there I was more impressed, it's a beautiful building and because I'm an avid photographer, the pictures don't tell the whole story so I was happy to have such a gorgeous area to practice my skills. 😃 Check-in was easy because of the self-check-in kiosks. Staff were on hand to help if you had any trouble. Rooms were great but some are a bit smaller than I'm used to. Our second room was better than the first. It was adequate. The staff was great, always available to help We needed an iron and it was delivered right away. They also have a self-storage room with Locks to secure your luggage if needed. We tried the buffet breakfast one morning and it was excellent. And the price was reasonable. I really enjoyed the breakfast and the wonderful views of the morning trains slowly traversing the beautiful skyline. There's a coffee shop just outside and a huge mall, so it's very convenient. Also, a theatre where The Lion King was being shown. There are three train stations within a 5-minute walk, we took the Ariake one all the time. This hotel is about 15-20 minutes outside of downtown Tokyo and 70 km from Narita airport so it's better to fly into Haneda as the hotel also provides shuttle services only from Haneda by reservation. I would recommend it. 🇨🇦

The room setup was a little strange. Toilet and shower were located at the back of the room, so there was no outside view. They put clear glass windows instead of a wall or partition. So, every time you needed to use the shower or toilet you had to pull the curtain and blinds for privacy.

This hotel is our favorite! The staff is always so friendly! The staff saved us when we checked out 2’minutes too late, they came to find us with new hotel room cards so we could enter our room and pick up our luggage to go! I appreciate the hospitality and love all the facilities. The Spa public and private rooms are all so beautiful and super clean! I love it! The only thing with the Spa is that I wish it had a water filter dispenser. There is an old school water fountain, reminded me of when I was in grade school having to drink water from the public water fountain 20+ years ago. They just need a little update on investing in a cold filtered water dispenser outside of the onsen entrance. Besides that, Villa Fontaine Grand Ariake is brand new, so clean, and beautiful! Oh and I love how you can walk and it connects to the Grand Ariake Garden Mall through level 6. It’s perfect!
Breakfast has a chilled area to make fresh chirashi bowl! Lots of Ikura here!
