This hotel could use an upgrade, but the staff was excellent. We had a minor issue and they immediately addressed it and gave us an upgrade. The location is wonderful, close to the station, restaurants, and stores. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Ok for tourists if price right, not for business

Ok but wouldn't go back. Ac right above bed so was uncomfortable at night and the ac machine spluttered water over you periodically. Comedy ironing set which was totally useless - do not stay at this hotel if you are on a business trip. Bathroom cramped, my head touched ceiling, smelled musty. Window didnt open even a crack so not able to air the room. Bed was comfortable though and didnt suffer any noise.

Close to Ginza line Kyobashi station. 15 minute walk to Tokyo station. Not many affordable eateries nearby, but you can easily take the train to Shibuya where there’s lots. The room is very small but has all the usual amenities. I do like the pajamas that Sotetsu hotels provide.

I found staff to be unfriendly at check-in and not willing to provide any additional information unless specifically asked. After a long flight and suffering jetlag... a little smile, and a warm 'hello' would have been greatly appreciated. Instead I had to stand and knock on the front desk to get attention and then told... come back at 3:00 when check-in scheduled. Which I completely understood about the check-in time but, even a little explanation of locking up luggage until check-in or a change room / place to freshen up was provided, more knowledge of what is available close to the airport. Otherwise the room was clean, small but clean and all we needed was a bed and shower for the night and that's what we got.

Repeat stay

Room was very large, ordered two beds was probably the reason. Easy check in and out. Breakfast was now made to order from 4 choices. Great location for trains and subway.
