Very clean and friendly hotel. The property of this place is quite big and rooms are fairly decent size for Japan. Although the rooms look a little dated the restrooms could use a remodel to accommodated more ADA friendly. Overall a wonderful experience hotel with friendly / helpful staff.

The hotel is a good location close to Sky tree. Hotel entrance very beautiful. But The hotel is updated. Carpet in the floors in bad condition. Room was very nice size. I very much like the view from the 20 th floor. Room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was good variety. I would recommend the hotel to friends. Good relations between what you get for the money.

Staying at Tobu Hotel Levant was unexpectedly very convinient since the JR line near the hotel has a direct rapid train to Narita airport. And for the price we paid for it was well worth it even its a older style hotel. And the staff was very helpfull. Overall experience exceeded the star rating of the hotel. Will definetly be staying again with them if given the chance.

Great area to stay.

Close to train and metro plus airporter bus but only until 3:40pm...had another airporter bus but had to walk to side of train station for later pickup times. Lots of great eating places surrounding hotel and train station. Loved this area and would definitely come back.
