Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Conveniently located near downtown Perrysburg and just a 3 minute drive to Levis Commons and the highway! Easy access to I-75 and I-80. Recently redone with all brand new furnishings, you will be right at home in this cozy house in a family friendly, quiet neighborhood!

This home is located on a quiet street and offers 2 bedrooms. The master has a brand new king size bed with a Smart TV. There is an en suite full bathroom connected to the master. The second bedroom has a brand new queen bed and also has a smart TV with a second full bathroom right next door down the hallway. The bedrooms are spacious and you will have more than enough room to relax at the end of the day. The living room has a super comfortable brand new sectional sofa with a Smart TV that has access to Netflix as well as YouTube TV. You are also welcome to log on to your own app with your login information. The living room is full of windows and natural light making this peaceful retreat an even more welcoming space. The full kitchen has all the necessities -- range, microwave, refrigerator and dishwasher. There is a drip coffee maker to get your mornings started off right -- but this house location keeps you near all the restaurants and is even within walking distance of some downtown favorites if you want to venture out for a cup of coffee in the morning! There is a finished upstairs space that can give you extra room for the kids to play or for a quiet area to get work done if needed while you are away from home. During season, there is an ice cream shop right at the end of the street. This area is the perfect getaway for families, couples, or workers passing through who are looking for a quiet and restful stay away from home. We look forward to hosting you!

Perrysburg weekend

Perfect spot for a weekend back in my hometown! The kids LOVED the upstairs that they deemed "kids only!" Would definitely stay again and recommend to others!

Great location, newly remodeled and clean!

The house was clean. Great location! Overall great stay. The only feedback is the bedrooms get really hot even with the heat at 68 degrees, the bedroom was like a sauna which made it hard to sleep.

Great stay!

Was traveling on business with co-workers. Was definitely a better option than a hotel stay. Will definitely stay again when traveling. Since weather was great, we were able to walk a mile to downtown to eat. Nice quiet neighborhood. Host was very responsive and great to work with.

Very clean !

We only stayed one night but the place was charming and clean. The kitchen was a little sparse for cooking but otherwise adequate. It would have been nice to have coffee and/or tea included. Overall a great location and home.

Weekend getaway

The property is described accurately. It worked perfectly for 2 adult couples. I would suggest blinds or thicker currents in the living room. Perrysburg is a nice town to visit.

Well appointed home in beautiful location

We had a wonderful overnight stay in this very well decorated and appointed home. The owner was easy to work with and provided plenty of helpful details both prior to our stay and via an info sheet in the house. There was plenty of room for the three of us and the beds are comfy. The bathrooms were stocked, clean, and beautiful. We enjoyed walking into town for dinner and dessert. Very cute place and the perfect pit stop on our cross country drive. Thank you!

Great stay…great beds

First and most importantly… amazing comfy beds. I am assuming this is a newer listing so they have some odd quirks to work out, but ultimately comfort and safety were 100%. Nice neighborhood, quite street, and a comfy home. We rate the home 100% because of its super comfy couch and supportive beds. Full transparency, the bathroooms are tiny (but clean and fully functional) so may be difficult for longer term stays, but perfect for what we needed.

VRBO - Perrysburg

The property is located in a nice neighborhood on a quiet street. We arrived on a Saturday evening. The front door code let us into the home with no problems. The photos of the home described the home perfectly. The home was fully equipped for cooking. There were an ample supply of towels, and a variety of shampoos, body washes, etc. Within several miles, there are supermarkets, fast food, and fine dining restaurants. We were visiting friends and family spread around the Toledo area. The home is located within a mile of the Interstate which made travel very easy. We spent three nights in the home. The home is very comfortable. We were able to have a very restful sleep all three nights. If the size of the home fits your requirements, we would definitely recommend this home.
