Compared to when it was Radisson, which was wonderful, I’d say it’s now at the level of a Motel 6 or Comfort Inn & we were very disappointed. Room was never actually cleaned, only towels changed & sheets changed when asked. There was mold in the grout of the shower & sink, I bought bleach spray & sprayed it. Room was very humid & all we could do to control the temperature was adjust the speed of the fan. Hotel did have a stand fan we used. Beds were very hard. Pictures on the website are the same as when it was the Radisson. Restaurant in the hotel is now buffet only, & was not good. Bar is only open on weekends. Food at the bath house was not good either & was very confusing on how to order. Finding staff to help was very challenging. Unsure if the deli/cafe was actually open. Thankfully multiple restaurants in the nearby area that were good & the 7eleven in the hotel had snacks for purchase. There were also a few convenience stores & grocery store within walking distance. Due to number of tour buses coming in & out the 7eleven seemed to struggle on keeping coolers stocked with food. “Bus” to the mall & Keisei-Narita station is a van with limited space, when it was the Radisson it was similar to the highway bus. Concierge desk was almost never staffed. Staff never came to assist with luggage from any bus whether it was their airport bus, tour bus, highway bus, etc. Overall very disappointed & won’t be returning. Since changing owners hotel went way downhill.
