Vicky at the front desk made my trip memorable when she upgraded my room to Sheraton next door. The room looks a bit old but it is well maintained and it is pretty clean. Overall I enjoyed my stay at Sheraton.

It is a one floor building so we were glad not to have to take our luggage too far. Our microwave blew a breaker and the staff were pleasant about helping us out with that!

The staff were friendly. The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable, which I really appreciated. However, one downside was the noise coming from the swimming pool area during the night. It sounded like a machine or pump spinning, which made it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. While everything else was great, the nighttime noise was a bit disruptive.

Enjoyable stay, would return

Friendly staff from the front desk to the cleaning lady. She left us clean towels on the handle of the door since we didn't request room cleaning. We enjoyed both outdoor and indoor pools. Love that parking was free. Hotel has carpet, so it's a little smelly. Shower didn't support enough hot water. I can't imagine taking a shower in winter. Also found some stains on the bedsheet.

Our stay was ok, staff were very kind. Our sink drained very slowly which was annoying as it’s fill up when trying to wash face or brush teeth. Our shower, we had to run it for 10 minutes just to get hot water. Once it was hot it was okayish. The hot water would lessen up and come back while showering. Not a great shower experience. Room was pretty clean. Bed was comfy enough. Sheets were a bit rough though. We chose this hotel for it’s location and location was great for what we needed.

It was nice to have an option for an indoor or outdoor swimming pool. It was difficult to find a parking spot on the surface parking lot, but they do provide free parking at a garage. That is a short walk away from the hotel.
