This hotel is lacking in every capacity. Walls are paper thin and they rent rooms by the hour. Porno movie was being filmed in the next room. Hotel and travelocity refused to give refund

Vicky is such a kind and accommodating employee. She was professional (very busy yet always smiling)and made sure my elderly mother was comfortable. It makes all the difference in the world when employees go that extra mile, especially when we travel out here regularly for my mom's treatment. We will definitely be back 😀 Thank you Vicky! Also i must mention the kind housekeeping staff were also amazing! Thank you!

We went on a family trip and we loved the fact that it had all the activities available in the athletic center. It’s free if you have your own equipment for squash. Everything else is included. I wish I had brought my pickle ball raquet or badminton racket, but they have equipment there. We ate in the restaurant on site and it was delicious and convenient. We would booked there again.

We were kicked out at 1 am and staff said were being noisy when it was just music playing on the TV. We told them we would turn it down but they insisted that if we didn’t leave that they would call the cops. We were making noise before but it was because we were singing happy birthday, and because of that they complained as well. We were kicked out for singing happy birthday and sound from the TV (was not even that loud). Keep in mind this is at 1 am in the morning. Don’t stay here, staff are not understanding

The room was very small, we had a hard time getting around the furniture to reach the bed. there was no space to comfortably open your suitcase. The air conditioner was excessively noisy. This was not our first stay at this hotel but this was the first time we experienced these problems.

I wish I had gotten the name of the manager of this hotel while we were there. we extended our stay while we were there and asked to be moved to higher floor We missed all the phone calls to ask us to come get our stuff so that we could be moved to another room. When we got to the hotel, the staff informed us that we could now not be moved because the hotel was now full and there were no rooms available. Fair enough We missed the phone calls etc - we understood it was on us at this point But moments later the manager the manager i formed us that she COULD move us - they just needed to finish cleaning it Yay!!! Also - the A/C in the room was not working and the same manager pleasantly called the fix it guy for us and he showed up immediately to fix the unit - which he did. We then got a pleasant call from the front desk (manager again) to make sure the electrician person had showed up and that the unit was working Kudos to this woman!! You all are so lucky to have her !!!!
