The staff were very kind and helpful! Our room was very clean and we had fresh clean towels delivered to us as we entered the room. One of the best hotels I have stayed at in the past 4 years.

The hotel stay was fine, the room and staying areas were fine. The elevators were troublesome. They were often slow or broken, causing for wastes of time. Overall a fine hotel with slow elevators.

First night had a really loud neighbor, the adjoining door was locked but was not soundproof or sealed, did not stop the sound coming through in the 0.5cm gap where they had their tv volume extreme high.
