The main level has a great room with hand hewed beams and a large dry stack stone fireplace. The live
edge furniture is all original one of a kind examples of skilled workmanship with unique wood inlays. A
full washer and dryer is available.
The upper level primary suite is framed with vaulted ceilings and hand hewed beams. King size bed, a
separate desk and workstation, his and her closets, a large screen TV over a hologram fireplace, a
separate siting area and walls of windows to enjoy the mountain scenery. Full blackout shades are
available on all windows for those who wish to sleep into the morning.
The lower level has two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and smart TV and one bedroom with a
queen size bed. Of course, there are epic mountain views from every bedroom. From this level
vacationers enter a private outdoor space with a whirlpool overlooking all of Laurel Valley. The adjoining
sitting area is absorbed in panoramic mountain views. A firepit with additional seating overlooks the
sweeping mountain valley.
The driveway is concrete and there are three level parking spaces, a covered deck and an open deck are
on the main level along with a special outdoor grilling area.
There is free Wi-Fi, a plethora of free TV channels including the SEC network on ESPN1, ESPN2, ESPN3
available on all three smart TV’s.
There is no smoking or pets permitted in this house under any circumstances.
While staying at this home, guests will have access to the Wild Laurel Fitness Center at NO charge, and access to the swimming pool for a small fee.
