Located in a residential area, on the first floor, finely renovated and tastefully furnished. GIOIA DEL LAGO is on one floor and consists of: a large and bright living area complete with TV area and a tastefully and traditionally furnished kitchen. It has a balcony with a beautiful lake view.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped with induction hob, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker and kettle. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, all tastefully furnished. There are 2 complete bathrooms with shower, one of which is located in the master bedroom. Out of the bathroom there is also a laundry area with washing machine and dryer.

The flat, which can accommodate up to 6 people, has wi-fi internet signal throughout the house, but no air conditioning. There is a bus stop 500 metres from the flat, while for the boat you have to reach the stop in Piazza Trieste in Tremezzo, which is 1.5 km away. We recommend the use of a car as free parking spaces are always available 200 metres from the flat. Easily accessible from the airports, Milan and Lugano, all of which are about an hour\'s drive away.
