Villa Bellevue – Luxury villa in Vallauris with sea view

Villa Bellevue does not bear this name without reason. You live here high on the slopes of Vallauris, the place where Picasso lived and worked for many years. A visit to the famous Picasso Museum in Vallauris, within walking distance, is therefore obligatory. From the five terraces of this villa you have a breathtaking view of the famous Cap d'Antibes (La baie des Milliardaires) and all of Golfe Juan. On the left side the terraces overlook Nice and the snow-capped mountains of the Alpes de Provence and on the right side you can see the villas of the stars in Super Cannes and the Lerins Islands off the coast. Undisputedly one of the most beautiful views of the Côte d'Azur for those who want to experience the flair of the stars! At night you will see Golfe Juan, Nice and Antibes in a sea of lights and experience the most beautiful sunsets here.

Villa Bellevue is equipped with all modern conveniences and is spread over 3 floors. On each floor there is a terrace and the possibility to enjoy the view unobstructed. Should the weather, which is rare, not quite cooperate, you can enjoy the magnificent view from the lounge in the panorama room. The villa is furnished with high-quality materials and chic French-style designer furniture by a designer. Fiber optic Internet and a gym are available.

French doors lead from the spacious living room with adjacent modern kitchen to a large terrace. In the basement there is a beautiful sitting room, a fully equipped kitchen, easily accessible from the pool area. The highlight of this floor is the panoramic room with beautiful views of the entire bay. From here you have direct access to the beautiful swimming pool with a depth of almost 2m. where swimming fun for children is guaranteed. By the pool you will find further sun loungers, umbrellas and access to the lower garden. On this level, in addition to the pool, there is also a fully equipped kitchen and two beverage (wine) refrigerators.

There are a total of five bedrooms, two with King-size beds (180x200), one with hotel quality sleeping couch (140x200) and the other two with small double beds (140x200). There are a total of three bathrooms, one with a bathtub and two with a shower stall. An additional sofa bed is available. In total, the villa can accommodate up to 10 people, with an optimal composition of 6 adults and 2 children.

There is space for three cars on the property with a charging point for electric cars. Within minutes by car you can reach the wonderful beaches of Golfe Juan and Juan-Les-Pins, one of the best places for swimming with the shallow sloping beach ideal for children and for all kinds of water sports. There is a wide range of water sports right on the beach of Golfe Juan (jet skiing, water skiing, surfing, banana boat, pedal boat, diving, tours, etc.).

Nice airport is about 20 minutes from the terminal to the villa. There is a wide choice of restaurants to suit all tastes at the port and along the coast. The shopping experience of Cannes (on the famous Croisette), Nice and the Palais de Festival can be reached in about 15-20 minutes. Boat trips, restaurant visits, culture (including the famous jazz festival and the many fireworks taking place in July and August) can be quickly reached from here or partly enjoyed directly from the terrace. All amenities for daily needs are available in and around the village and are easily accessible. A trip along the coast to Monaco or Saint Tropez is also unforgettable.
