Room above us were super loud kids running at 2-3 in the morning while the moms went outside to smoke. Terrible service! I called to complain about the continuous noise at 1:30 in the morning. Nothing was done and I come to find out in the morning it was the Manager herself and family w/kids who were staying in the room where all the noise was coming from. Manager and family members are not were outside smoking and arguing barefooted at 2-3 in the morning. Sad so see corporate allows things like this.

The room was clean and fresh. The desk staff were kind and helpful. They addressed my airport shuttle needs, notified me when the shuttle arived and sent me on my way with a kind word and smile. Breakfast was hot and tassted great. Breakfast also offered cold options too. A true treat was all the dogs tgat stayed there. I never hear one of them, but it calmed my missing heart for my pups at home.

The lobby, elevator waiting area, elevator and the floor hallways smelt like weed so bad. The first room we got smelled like cigarette tobacco smoke, we walked in and right out without even turning on the lights. Went down stairs and they gave us the room across the hall. Also smelt like smoke. Will never stay here again and now won’t stay in best westerns either. 0/10 would not recommend.

Very good location, close to shopping mall and lots of places to eat nearby. Room, toilet/shower was very big. A update with brighter colours would make this place better, but overall no complaints with the room. Breakfast was included, basic but good enough to start the day. I would stay here again if in the area.

Was my go-to crib near the mall, but no more: Don't know why BW? Too bad, figure it out for yourself. If I have to explain what was wrong with your room, then it's too late. I am not the maintenance staff--nor am I the reporting party. I think it's better that others will complain and you lose future business. Good luck, and good riddance!

We don't like that there is not an enclosed dressing area. That is, the bathroom has only the shower and toilet. A sink and mirror are outside the bathroom. My wife was not happy having to dress and undress in the tiny bathroom and not have the ability to do her hair and make up in an enclosed area. Better hotels have enclosed dressing areas.
