The apartment has air conditioning, heating and soundproof windows in all the rooms.
Opening the windows of our apartment you will enjoy the venetian atmosphere at every hour of the day and the view of two beautiful little \'campiello\' (square) and the underlying \'canale\' surmounted by the San Grisostomo bridge.
More over, from the kitchen coffee lovers will be glad to enjoy an authentic Italian espresso made with the moka while looking to the gondolas crossing the \'canale\'.
In case you need a late check-in there is an additional fee to pay in cash to the person that is going to be at the apartment for you:
