Excellent clean facility with helpful staff and a good free breakfast. Only one problem occurred with a cliet who was yelling at ber partner. I told the person on duty and on the 2nd night it ended much sooner.

I used to always stay at Sandman hotels but for some reason I chose to book my latest medical stay at Quality Inn. To start, booking in at the actual Inn was unusually fast & I had asked to be on the main floor as I have a physical disability that limits my capability to use stairsl plus any travel 2 hours or more I have to travel with an 'escort". I used to go with my husband but we are divorced so now A somewhat unimportant fact : I booked through Expedia...? Anyway, I also booked for the wrong day & had chosen 'book now to get this low price; but its not changeable or refundable'. I'd chosen that because I had previously canceled (for a very legitimate medical reason) the appointment & thought if I lock myself in I'll have NO excuse. Anyway, I'd booked a room for the 4th to the 5th of Sept 2025 when I got my notification from the medical depot I was going to, the appt was for the 3rd of Sept! I called the Inn & the manager was so lovely, adjusting the dates at no charge. As I had booked through Expedia I had a few extra steps, but he very nicely told me what I needed to do & answered all my questions. I had to make a 2nd booking with the correct dates. Then call Expedia, explain my mistake & have them call Quality Inn to confirm he ws allowing the change at no charge. After confirming that, the Expedia customer service representative said the refund back on my card within 72hours....it was, at most, 24-Hours.

The location of the hotel was not bad, but when stepping outside there wasn’t really any special view or nearby attraction. The entrance was quite simple. Parking was good and free, which was convenient. Breakfast was very limited in selection. The room itself was clean and tidy. The pool and hot tub area was nothing special and didn’t feel very clean, and the water had a noticeable smell. In the end, though, you get what you pay for.

The lady that checked us in was extremely helpful as expedia didnt mention that we had a pet as i had mentioned that we had a dog so she went out of her way and made some phone callls to accommodate with our pet she covered expedia huge mistake as there is no other rooms available on a long weekend

Stained sheets and patched bathtub

Found black spots on the sheets of both bed. Flaked off. Looked like bed bug fecal matter. The front desk clerk assured me they hadn't had bed bugs in a year. People are walking around the hotel barefoot, with holes in their shirts. Carpets are at least 50 years old. Bathtub had a DIY patch job. Just a really dirty place, they were kind, and refunded my damage deposit when I refused the room.
