The Space:

The Waikoloa Fairway Villas are located in an exquisite setting on the pristine private shores of King's Lake on the Waikoloa Beach Course. This luxurious villa provides a quiet and convenient location where you can enjoy the swimming pool, hot tub, onsite fitness facilities, shared gas grills, and nearby tennis/golf. The tropically landscaped property is close to shopping, championship golf, and ocean activities. Enjoy outstanding snorkeling and soak up the sun at "A" Bay.



Enter the home to be welcomed by a bright open floor plan. Connected are the kitchen, dining area, living room, and lanai. The kitchen is on your left, fully-equipped with upgraded black appliances and granite countertops. Seating for two is arranged at the built-in breakfast bar creating additional dining space and a way for guests to keep the chef company. Set your meals down at the formal dining table with seating for four to enjoy a home cooked dinner with all your guests. Alternatively, dine alfresco and enjoy the coastal breezes outside. A patio table and chairs are arranged for you to eat and sip on your favorite beverage while you watch the sunset over the lush golf course.



The living room has seating circled around a TV. At the end of the night relax and put a movie on. A DVD player, stereo, WIFI, central air conditioning, and a washer/dryer are provided to make you feel at home.



Sleeping for up to four guests between the two bedrooms. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, ceiling fan, TV, and private bathroom. Your mornings will be tranquil as you get ready in the master bathroom by taking a soak in the garden bathtub. There is also a standalone shower and dual sinks. There are two Twin-sized beds, a ceiling fan, and TV. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo and spacious vanity.



We provide 2 beach chairs and 1 cooler for guest use.



Please note that requests for late checkout must be received no later than 10:00 AM local time on the day prior to your departure. Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested. Please feel free to contact us if you are interested in arranging.



Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property, on the premises, and in any nearby common areas. Violations will result in an automatic $500 fine, plus any additional costs for carpet and upholstery cleaning or other damages caused.



Other Things to Note:

This home will be stocked with a starter set of consumables such as soaps and paper products. Guests are advised to either bring or purchase additional after arrival. Equal Housing Opportunity
