Great central location. Condo is spacious, quiet, clean, and well stocked. The pictures don’t quite capture how great it truly is. We visited the Hilton village right across the street and it was so packed and busy. Glad we picked this condo instead. Will surely come back when we revisit the big island in future. A BIG ISLAND TREAT!

This was our first trip to the Big Island, and it was a fabulous experience, beginning with this beautiful rental property. The photos on VRBO give you a sense of the care the owners have taken to decorate it, but once you walk in you will be awestruck by the size of the condo. The Master Bedroom is HUGE as is the ensuite. We began the day with coffee on the lanai and ended the day with a glass of wine. The kitchen is so well equipped, and there are endless cleaning supplies and paper products to keep the condo tidy. The furniture is not only lovely, but it is very comfortable, and we slept like babies each night in the bed! The owners are excellent communicators, and the check in/check out process is seamless. Pay attention to their loooooooong list of recommendations, they do know the area well! The location is perfect for walking to the beach, to local restaurants, and to the shops at the Marketplace. Food and wine for creating your own meals can be found at the Island Grocery. We especially enjoyed walking to the Hilton and watching whales from the coastal trail. And lunch at Lava, Lava Beach Club was always a treat. If/when we do come back we’ll check on availability here, to be sure! Mahalo Linda and Tony!

Great condo

Loved the layout of the condo. Very comfortable and nicely decorated. Great location walking distance to the Tropics and the Hilton hotel for meals. Nice kitchen to prepare meals. Double balconies with windows had beautiful views and brought the outside in even when we were relaxing on the couch. We’ll be back.

We have stayed at the Waikaloa Vistas several times. We love the property, the floor plans and location. This unit was the best supplied of any vacation rental we have used. Furnishing were lovely and host very helpful with activity and restaurant recommendations. golf and beaches close

Family Christmas Vacation

Fantastic stay

The condo is terrific and all a family of 4 could ask for. Terrific layout, good sized rooms with great furnishings. The decks were in the shade, which allowed them to be used all day long. Close to the amenities of Waikoloa with great a great pool and common bbq just steos away. All in all, a great place to stay.

Quiet and Convenient

Centrally located and within walking distance of the beach and shops. The lanai is shaded for most of the day and with the cool breezes was the favorite spot for eating and lounging. Nice sized master and ensuite with a very comfortable bed. Given the opportunity would stay here again.

Xmas trip

Location of property was very convenient. Kitchen was stocked. Water level in the showers was very weak. Be careful when using the dryer because our clothes got caught in some hook. Just few things need improving. Someone parked in the designated parking space but luckily there were enough empty visitor spots.
