Aloha! We would like to welcome you to our little piece of paradise on the Big Island of Hawaii on the South Kohala/Kona Coast. A 20 minute drive north from the Kona airport, the South Kohala area is upscale and close to some of the islands most beautiful white sand beaches. Popular Hapuna Bay and Kekaha Kai State Park is only about 10 minutes by car.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 Bathroom condo has been updated with new kitchen, bathrooms, and flooring. Everything sparkles with upscale furnishings, luxurious king size bed in master, luxurious queen in second bedroom, stainless steel appliances and pull-out queen sofa bed in living room.

Vista Waikoloa is in the beachfront resort area of South Kohala. Two professional-level golf courses and interesting shops within walking distance.

Communication with a host was clear and timely, location of condo was excellent. We are go to the beach people and condo was literally 15 to 20 minutes max from the furthest beach. Condo was well supplied with beach toys, chairs, beach towels, etc. Large unit. Literally right next to the pool, but the site was very quiet, and the grounds beautifully maintained. 20 minutes from a major grocery store, small market, etc. five minutes away. Best by far about this unit was how well everything was stocked
 Paper towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, dish, soap, laundry, soap, shampoo, etc. It’s those little things that really make a difference and made this unit stand out. We stayed for two weeks, we normally stay in South Kona. This was our first time staying up north and we would absolutely 100% utilize this condo again. Cannot say enough good things about it!

This is a beautiful condo in a very nice resort area of the island. The location was perfect for us as we visited Kona and Hilo sides of the island. Also very near some great snorkeling beaches that they gave directions to access.

Nice and convenient

We enjoyed Reg and Susan's two bedroom condo in Waikoloa. The unit was about 20 steps to the complex's saltwater lap pool with two jacuzzis, and about a one minute walk to a small fitness center and a large community area with several grills. The complex is also located conveniently within Waikoloa - it's 10-15 minute walk to the King's shops and the Marriott hotel, another block past that to the Queen's shops, a 5 minute walk to the Hilton, and a 5 minute walk to a nice beach trail across the street from the complex. We watched the sun rise between Mauna Kea and Anaeho'omalu Bay every morning. Several renowned beaches and hikes are within a 20-30 minute drive. Reg and Susan were responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Thanks!
