Filthy and Old

This place very much needs updating and better attention to details, especially for the price. The shower grout looked moldy and the grout through out the condo was filthy. Chipped and cracked plates, cups, glassware and what wasn't in that condition didn't match. Broken bar stool you couldn't sit on. Thankfully the management company was wonderful (Evole) and refunded our money so we could move.

Great property, perfect central location

The condo was as advertised and had everything we needed for our stay from the full kitchen and access to grills on the property to beach chairs. The condo is centrally located and made it convenient to get to everything we wanted to visit. The owner responded to all communications promptly. We had a wonderful stay.
