GENERAL: Free Wi-Fi, central A/C, radiant heating, keyless entry, office/workspace friendly, complimentary toiletries, linens/towels, hair dryers, hangers, board games, etc. Iron/Ironing board, High chair, Pack ‘n Play are available free of cost/use, if needed.

PARKING: Designated parking spot in rear of home, free street parking (first-come, first-served) is available as well, if needed.

Guests will have access to the entire apartment and one assigned parking space on a parking pad behind the apartment. Please be advised that the outdoor backyard/patio common areas such as outdoor seating area, grill, trash receptacles and laundry facilities are shared with other guests.

Please also note the property does require stairs to access (exterior & interior).

Generally we try to give guests their space, but we are constantly available to answer any questions about the apartment or provide advice about the surrounding area.

We just wanted to give you a heads-up so you can enjoy your stay with a smile!
Welcome! We’re thrilled to have you consider a stay with us! To ensure a great time for everyone, here are a few friendly guidelines to keep things smooth and enjoyable:

- Paws and Claws: We love furry friends, but for this stay, we’re keeping it pet-free

-No Party Animals: We’re all for good times, but let’s keep the parties and wild antics off the guest list. Excessive drunkenness is a no-go here.

-Keep It Clean: Recreational drugs are a no-no in the apartment. Let’s keep things nice and chill!

-Smoke Signals: Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, e-cigarettes, vaping, incense, or cannabis) is not allowed in the apartment or on the back porch. If you must smoke, please do so in the backyard, away from the house, to keep the air fresh for our upstairs neighbors.

- Oopsie Moments: If something gets accidentally broken (hey, it happens!), let us know right away via Airbnb messenger. Especially with glass items, we’ll want to ensure everything’s safe and sound for future guests.
