Would of been 5 stars but pool dirty.
Publié le 12 mars 2024 sur HotelsNice facility. Comfortable beds, quite and got a good night sleep. Breakfast was good with a wide variety of food. Enjoyed the exercise room, was clean. The only negative was the hot tub and pool were filthy. Gross!!! The areas around pool and hot tub were dirty. What a shame.

All was good. The service at the front desk was friendly and attentive. I found the bed to be very hard.

Check in was fast and seamless. The rooms we clean and comfortable. Quiet atmosphere for sleeping.

Publié le 28 déc. 2023 sur HotelsWe enjoyed the stay at the hotel until we went, took our grandkids to the swimming pool to find it kind of a lime, green yellow, and it looked like it had been cleaned in weeks. There’s mold around the edge of the pool from water being stagnant on it, my grandkids were in their teenagers. They were just mortified by what it looked like so I think you need to really take some time and go over there and find out what’s wrong with their system before I make another visit to the hotel itself other than that things look good the food is great, they were pretty generous and and making sure we were comfortable but I still think that you need to take some more time to take a look at your amenities that you offered to your people staying there because I know there were other families that took their children into the pool, but I would never have put a young child into that pool

The heating unit was not controllable in the room. Had to completely shut it off. Window shade torn and tattered. Mattress well overdue for a replacement.
