Sunrise Valley Suite

Spacious 3-bedroom private-entry suite with 1,460 sqft and 10-ft ceilings. Features a bright living area with kitchenette, new in-suite laundry, a large covered patio with BBQ/burner, and outdoor lounge with a cabana garden shed. Ample parking for multiple vehicles.

Sleep comfortably with 2 king beds and 1 queen bed. 2 full bathrooms. The master bathroom has a modern log-cabin style.

Prime location just 10 minutes to downtown Kelowna, City Park, and the beach, with over 10 wineries within a 5–10 minute drive.

The upgraded kitchenette is equipped with modern appliances, including an electric hotplate, Instant Pot, air fryer, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, Keurig coffee machine, kettle, along with cookware and utensils—perfect for preparing simple, fresh meals between winery visits and dining out.‹
(Note: No full-size stove/oven. Only electric hotplate, air fryer, and BBQ with side burner.)

The spacious living area is designed for relaxation and productivity, featuring high-speed WiFi for remote work and a 65" 4K Smart TV with Netflix. The suite also has its own thermostat, a brand-new washer and dryer, and hotel-quality linens and towels for a comfortable stay.

Step outside to your private covered patio—an inviting space to dine, sip wine, enjoy coffee, or simply unwind while taking in the panoramic valley views. The newly built Western Red Cedar - Cabana Garden Shed offers a cozy nook for reading or relaxing.

Perfectly situated near some of the region’s best wineries, with over 10 wineries just a 5–10 minute drive away. You’re also only 10 minutes from downtown Kelowna, beaches, and City Park.

Nearby highlights include Kalamoir Regional Park and Bear Creek Provincial Park for hiking, swimming, and enjoying nature; Knox Mountain Park for panoramic city views; and Mission Creek Greenway for scenic walks and biking, along with convenient amenities such as Nesters Market and local theatres nearby.

For golf lovers, several excellent courses are just minutes away, including Two Eagles Golf Course, and Shannon Lake Golf Course, —offering scenic fairways and a true Okanagan golf experience.

This place was lovely. Not far from downtown Kelowna but in a quiet neighborhood. The place is beautiful, beds and pillows so comfortable. The owners were great at communicating with me and very nice to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home and amazing vacation rental. The home was spotless and had everything we needed for a group of 6. We were a group of 5 people and we had plenty of space to be together or to be off on our own. The property was clean and had everything we needed. Easy location to drive to with lots of available parking. Just know that if you travel to Kelowna during rush hours, give yourself extra time to get over the bridge. Don’t stay if you have difficulty with stairs.
