Our room was filthy when we checked in. There was hair all over the floor. We were moved to another room which we found a hair in the fridge. Manager was not very apologetic, only wanted to show us their current awards. Hot tub was lukewarm and vending machines were not working.

Beautiful rooms, spacious and clean. Fantastic view of the lake. The pool was warm and area was clean. Staff was very friendly and could not help us fast enough if we asked questions. Restaurant was very good we ate there 2 nights in a row. Would highly recommend and will be back.

Everything was great. I wish there was a barbecue on the deck. We were on the 3rd floor and it is inconvient to have to takd food down to the onsite barbecue area.
