Location Location
The Aspens was a true ski in ski out into the Blackcomb upper village. The ski vallet, heated pool, and jacuzzi were great. The reason I gave 3 stars was because the condo was a bit tight, but mostly, the king bed was so uncomfortable and firm. Even my 5 year old who can sleep on the floor complained. I do plan on coming back next year but really hope the owner will consider purchasing a new mattress.

Whistler Ski Vacation-Slopeside
Location was wonderful. True slope-side condo. Valet ski check at end of skiing was very nice. As were the outside hot tubs (3) and pool. Great way to relax after skiing.
Condo was very nice. Living room on small side. Perfect for 4 people but a little small for the 6 of us (adults). Would be fine for 4 adults and 2 kids. Nevertheless, it was a very nice unit and I'd stay there again. Kitchen had everything we needed. Plenty of bath towels. Pool towels at front desk. Thanks for a great stay!

Our family of 3 adults and 3 teens had a wonderful time at Aspens! The rental shop downstairs, the great concierge service, the ski in/ski out location that made it possible to be on Blackcomb Gondola very quickly, all contributed to a memorable holiday!
Our requests to replace broken glassware found in the dishwasher on arrival, replace a coffee maker that did not work, were met with quick action and a friendly manner! Much appreciated! We would definitely choose Aspens for a future vacation!

Perfect for families
To start, I really appreciated the self checkin. I was provided an entry code for the door via email and walked straight up to the room when we arrived. After a long drive with three young kids I really appreciated this ease.
The accommodations were very clean and accurate to what I expected from online photos. I visited with my family (inclusive of 3 young kids) and the 2 bedroom apartment (Room 327) was perfect for us.
The kitchen was very well equipped with everything we needed, inclusive of salt & pepper, paper towels, foil, cling wrap and zip lock bags. There were even plastic cups for my kids to use instead of glass. My only comment would be there were no compost bags/bin provided. I asked for one at the front desk and was given an extra large bag. I just cut the bag shorter and made it work for our stay.
The AC in the living room and master bedroom worked great and we were provided 2 fans for the second bedroom. Pity it didn’t have AC also. The beds were very comfortable and there were many pillows provided.
The front desk provided clean, fresh pool towels. The pool and hot tub were well maintained and were my kids favourite to come ‘home’ to after a long day out. I do wish there were a few more lounge chairs as we had to place all our towels on one chair while we swam. There were no lounge chairs to sit and relax on after though.
The location was very convenient. A short walk down the mountain to the Upper Village. We opted to do the short drive down to the Lower Village and marketplace. From the hotel it was also a short walk to the Lost Lake. A great trail for the kids.
All in all we were happy with our stay and would return.

Property was nice and clean, room worked well for a family of 5 that included adult children. Damien one of the maintenace guys stepped up and loaned us a bike when one of ours developed a flat. It's things like this the boss never sees so if your reading this give the guy a raise.
