The space
This entire townhouse is spread across two levels and comfortably sleeps up to six guests. Large windows bring in natural light and frame the surrounding mountain scenery, while the living room fireplace creates a cozy setting for winter evenings. Itâs an inviting place to relax after a full day outdoors, whether youâre sharing stories by the fire or enjoying a quiet night in.
Sleeping arrangements
The home features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located on the upper level and includes a king bed, walk-in closet, a private step-out balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a bathtub-shower combination. On the main level, the second bedroom offers a king split bed that can be arranged as one king or two twins, with access to a full bathroom featuring a glass-enclosed shower. The third bedroom also includes a king split bed, along with storage space and a TV, offering flexibility for families or groups.
Kitchen & dining
The open-concept main level connects the kitchen, dining area, and living room, making it easy to spend time together. The kitchen is fully equipped for preparing meals, and the dining table seats six guests comfortably. After dinner, you can settle into the living area to relax by the fireplace and enjoy the winter atmosphere outside.
Outdoor living
Step out onto the private deck from the main level, where outdoor seating and a BBQ are available when conditions allow. Large picture windows throughout the home keep you connected to the alpine surroundings even when youâre indoors.
Ski access & shared amenities
Seasonal ski access is available during the winter months, with a short walk from the complex leading to Merlinâs Run for access to the Blackcomb Gondola and Magic Chair, depending on snow conditions. After a day on the mountain, guests can unwind in the shared hot tub within the complex.
Amenities & conveniences
The townhome includes WiFi, in-unit washer and dryer, and a designated entry area with space for storing outdoor gear. Secure underground parking is available for one vehicle. Bed linens, towels, and bathroom essentials are provided, and self check-in with a keypad allows for a smooth and easy arrival.

Located in Whistlerâs Benchlands neighborhood, this townhome offers a comfortable winter base with mountain scenery and convenient access to seasonal ski experiences, while providing a peaceful place to return to at the end of the day.
Disclaimer: Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.
Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the complexâs outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

âą No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
âą Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
