The room was spacious and spotless. The bathroom was a little tired but also spacious and clean. The outdoor pool was warm enough for a swim but not so hot as to feel like a hot tub. Awesome early morning swim!

mountain view obstructed, staff did not deliver requests on time, required several follow ups, fireplace has 1 firelog delivered good only for 2 hrs. requests for more firelogs on 2nd day and coffee cups we had to make several follow up calls. the hotel is empty. every restaurant was closed during our stay. washroom has no shower gel. requested for refill which was delivered late. breakfast or any in room order unavailable. we ended up ordering pizza delivery not staying at hilton again. very disappointing experience
