Outdoor fire pit,TV in both bedrooms. All amenities . Fully furnished kitchen. Directly off highway US 52 . All new interior and furniture. Very cozy and relaxing. Book up to 4 guest, any additional guest must be approved by host.

Hatfield McCoy trip

Place was great, host was very caring about any needs we had. Treated us very well. The parking was great, we pulled a 30ft trailer and had plenty of room for parking and loading and unloading our utv's. Overall very pleased with the accommodations and had a great stay.

Hatfield & McCoy Ride

The place was extremely clean! They have everything you need from kitchen cook ware to bath towels and wash cloths! The house stayed cool and was very comfortable! The owners are extremely nice and helpful! Definitely recommend this place!

Quiet retreat but close to trails

We stayed here for 3 nights recently and the location was terrific - not too far from the trail heads but still quiet and with an awesome view of the night sky. Kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and the trailer was warm during the near freezing overnight temps. Definitely recommend if you are in the area for the Hatfield-McCoy trails.
