Fantastic Stay for Our Group!We recently had the pleasure of staying at this vacation rental with a group of 17 in our family and it exceeded all our expectations!The house was spacious enough to allow everyone to have their own space. We loved gathering around the extra long dining table for meals and conversations. The layout was perfect for our large group.The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to prepare our meals.The location was ideal, with easy access to The Ark Encounter (approximately 8 minutes) and so close to the downtown shops. Unfortunately, they were closed on Sundays as we wanted to visit the shops during our stay. The ambiance and food in the recommended Mexican restaurant was great.Our VBRO host was attentive and provided us with all the information we needed, making the check-in and check out process seamless. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience.The game room was a highlight. It was chilly since we’re Floridians and not used to being cold and would have loved to chill out at the outdoor space.Overall, we highly recommend this VBRO for large groups! Thank you for an unforgettable stay!

We had an awesome time at this property. Our stay was a bucket list item for my 85 years young MIL to the Ark Encounter and Creation Museum. This property was perfect in every way. Plenty of beds, loved the big dining table (great for family games every night) house was well stocked and a great location. My husband and I are looking forward to booking this property next year when we take our kids and grandkids to the Ark and creation museum.

Nice property with a convenient location

We had a family of 10 (6 adults, 4 kids) traveling for a visit to the Ark Encounter. Only 6 minutes away from the Ark and conveniently located so you can even walk down the street to the little town for pizza and ice cream. The house is older but has charm and some nice updating has been done. The house was completely stocked for our needs whether it was bedding, towels or the kitchen for cooking. The upstairs is incredibly spacious with plenty of space to accommodate larger families. This is in addition to the bedrooms downstairs. We found ourselves sitting on the front porch most nights watching the cars go by as we talked the night away. The host is very attentive and available if needed. Would definitely recommend if you have a larger family and need the space.

Great location!

The property was so clean and close for our trip to the Ark encounter! Amenities were provided and the quality of everything was great! Very easy to communicate with the host and he made sure we were enjoying our stay. Definitely would recommend.

Family Ark excursion

The home was a great location for visiting the Ark. only a 6 minute drive. However, the Creation Museum was about 45 minutes away. The home is old but full of character. Plenty of room for the 12 of us. Could’ve used some extra blankets for sleeping. It was a cold, rainy weekend, so it was chilly inside. Our host, Peter, was very responsive to our questions and gave thorough instructions for our stay.

Great stay!!

Overall the property was very nice. It was fully equipped with everything you needed. The only issue we had was the hot water upstairs didnt stay hot very long at all. After one or two showers the next person didnt have any hot water. Other than that the property was nic!
