The woman who checked us in was very sweet but the property is run down. The toilet seat was broken.The TV didn’t work. The coffee was terrible. We cannot recommend this place.

A place to rest your head.

In an effort to keep things short and sweet; parking is tough with a truck - the motel was full. We picked this hotel because everything in the area was booked for the weekend. When we arrived we were handed a hotel key in a paper sleeve that looked like it had been used for 100 guests before us. The room neat but everything in it was worn and furniture dirty. No blinds other than thin curtains that would allow for anyone to see inside. Kids toys, old hotel furniture and construction debris outside on the property. Staff was nice enough but would avoid staying here again unless all other options had been exhausted.

We stayed in the "other" building as the staff described it. This was the worst room I have ever stayed in. I killed two bugs and 4 spiders. Had to clean spider webs that were hanging over the bed. There were multiple stains on the floor and on towels. I highly recommend anyone considering staying here to look elsewhere.

When first approaching the property my initial thought was “ oh boy, I paid a lot for this!” The outside appeared small and old but everything else about it was great. Clean, very friendly front desk people, quiet, comfortable. The room was updated and had great water pressure in the shower, spacious room and very comfortable beds. ( I also realized that if I had looked at all the pictures on the page I would have seen exactly what I was purchasing. I had a mental image of a HJ being a large high rise kind of hotel. Also, while I feel I paid a lot for one room, it was also the least expensive in the area.)

The hotel was clean and staff was nice. My only two complaints were I feel like the pictures of the room that were posted, and the room I got were different. There were holes in the wall, water stains going down the wall, and the window above my AC was busted and they did a shotty patch job. Don’t get me wrong, the room was clean. It just looked like they remodeled the rooms and gave it the landlord special

We stayed in the I guess the annex building. It was fine, clean. The bathroom needs updating. Pool was very clean, breakfast was just simple coffee, muffins. Staff and the owners were very nice. Good location for what we wanted to do/see.
