The home’s layout offers privacy and convenience across two levels. Downstairs, you’ll find both bedrooms and a full bathroom:
Bedroom 1 is a spacious suite featuring a cozy queen bed and streaming TV, ideal for restful nights and lazy mornings.
Bedroom 2 features a fun and functional twin-over-queen bunk bed, plus a futon, making it a great space for kids or additional guests.
The hall bathroom has a walk-in shower and pedestal sink, blending rustic charm with modern convenience.
Upstairs, natural light floods the open-concept kitchen, dining, and living area, thanks to a full wall of windows that frame the spectacular valley below. Watch the sunrise with a cup of coffee or unwind with a glass of wine as golden hour casts its glow over the treetops.
The full kitchen includes an electric oven/range, microwave, drip coffee maker, and refrigerator, with bar seating for four at the counter. Adjacent, the dining table seats six comfortably and enjoys the same breathtaking views.
The living room features a plush sofa, two comfy recliners, and a corner streaming TV—perfect for movie nights or stormy-day lounging. A half bath upstairs adds extra convenience.
Outside, Valley View truly shines:
-The upper covered deck is outfitted with a ceiling fan, dining table with cushioned chairs, and chaise lounges that offer front-row seats to one of the best views in Wimberley.
-The lower covered patio offers Adirondack chairs, a bench, a propane grill, and space to gather and connect.
-A fire pit (BYO firewood) surrounded by Adirondack chairs is available when local burn bans are not in effect.
