Rest easy in the Primary Queen bedroom and if you need overflow sleeping, take advantage of the Queen Aerobed in the living room. With its incredibly convenient location, guests love being just a two minute walk from the Gondola and trails that are sure to let you play hard & rest easy.

Perfect Location For Our Granddaughter's First Trip to Colorado!

This location was ideally situated near many places to eat in Winter Park and all of our excursions in the area. It has a wonderful view of the mountain, walking distance to the gondola, chair lift, Alpine slide, eateries, trails to hike, and easy parking access. We will definitely beback!

Best location

Perfect location. Gondola out your window. Mini mart below. Restaurants a block away. We picked the condo for its proximity to everything. It was clean and exactly as we expected. The air bed for my son took up the whole family room, but did the job. Only complaint was the WiFi was as slow as dialup. We used our phone as hotspot and got by.

Great Location, Not Greatly Maintained

The list of maintenance problems is huge - only one burner works on the stove. The private Wi-Fi doesn't work, only the unsecured wi-fi. When we opened the bedroom window the whole bottom sill of the windo fell out onto the deck! My husband had to go out and put it back together (it will only stay in place if the window is locked). One of the livingroom windows is screwed shut, that leaves one functioning window (which you will need because it gets quite hot in there!). Although the fireplace could be lovely, the glass has not been cleaned on the inside or outside in so long that you cannot really see the gas flames when lit. The bathroom sink faucet allows you to push it too far when shutting it off so that it turns back on again - try navigating that in the middle of the night and you'll leave the water running for sure. The floor lamp has been "fixed" with a cardboard cut out and the shade tilts 45 degrees if you even touch it. The management company, although very apologetic and nice about everything, were not able to fix anything. Ultimately, they refunded a portion of our rental fee. They kept thanking me for pointing out all the problems that they "didn't know about" but I see that the stove was mentioned in a November review so they clearly did know. We asked to be moved to a different unit but they said they didn't have one available. If you're going only for the location & can put up with a lot of annoyances, this unit is for you. Otherwise keep look'n

Perfect Condo for the summer for Bike Riding

We picked this Condo at Zephyr Mountain Lodge just so we could be by the Trestle Bike shop because my husband rented a bike and participated in a class to bike down the mountain. Apparently, there is some renovation going on below on the first floor. I assume Winter Park resort is adding some new stores. We had a wonderful time staying in this Condo it was clean and cozy. The parking garage was nice and you can even lock up your bike equipment. The management company was very helpful with all the arrangements.

Winter Park Ski trip

Renting this property was easy and our stay was great. The condo was directly in front of the Gondola which was amazing. We loved the view and enjoyed our stay. The lockers on level on were great for our skis and equipment. Great trip all together. The skiing was great too!

Great views and accommodation!

We had a quick trip out (3 days) no kids for some much needed riding. Proximity to the mountain was AMAZING! Room was great, had everything we need plus some extras. However, my husbanded was a bit shocked when there was no hot water with the shower at 330 am before our departure but "Stuff happens!". Totally will come back in a heartbeat! The mini ski town was amazing. Go to the bistro bar and ask for Chris, dude hooks it up real nice! We got massages as well, at Alpen Glow which was fantastic. Great place to make some memories. Oh yea, the mountains are top notch too!
