Nice place, ample room

The place was nice, hot tub and employee was very friendly. Easy check in and easy checkout. The only thing that I rated low was cleanliness. The place seemed stuffy, like it hadn’t been used in a while. We opened all the windows and used the fans to circulate, which the large fan was filthy. We had to clean it and the water was literally black. The patio had bird droppings all over it. We couldn’t sit outside because of it. All the sinks smelled like mold. We tried to run hot water and soap to clear it up, but the smell stayed.

Nice Winter Park Property / Location - Questionable Management

There are pros and cons with this Winter Park property. First, the property itself is in a nice location and the owners have done a wonderful job equipping the unit for guests - this is more of a reflection our experience with the property managers SkyRun. Upon arrival we noticed a couple of things. Prior to arrival, we had inquired about humidifiers (dry mountain air) and were told there 'should be' some. None were there - which was unfortunate, but not a deal breaker (we left the ones we purchased for future renters). However, we also noticed mouse traps all over the unit - one was out in the open by the couch. My kids are older, so not a huge concern, but if I had younger kids it could have been an issue. When I asked SkyRun about this - they said there hadn't been mice in months and "Orkin is monitoring closely to make sure they are truly gone. Part of mountain life." The dismissiveness of "Part of mountain life" struck me - as a former resident of Colorado and having visited the mountains for the past 2+ decades - having traps all around, some in the open, is not any part of mountain life that I have experienced before. Back to Orkin, they let themselves in one morning while I was in the bedroom and scared the dickens out of my 12 year-old (2 strangers in the unit). SkyRun said they had cancelled the visit, but Orkin came anyways. Sure. Ultimately, we left a day early because of the experience. 5-stars for the unit, and owners. 1-star for SkyRun 3-stars overall

Best Kept Secret

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at Snowblaze A11. The location was convenient to all attractions within Winter Park and Fraser. And a plus was the free transportation available throughout those areas as well. It was quiet and made me feel at peace while also getting a snowy mountain experience! I wish I’d know about this place earlier. My family friends and I will be back soon! Thanks VRBO!

Okay but pictures make it look better than it is

We stayed for 10 days in July. Overall the place was okay but I would not stay there again. There are much nicer places for far less money. The pictures make the place look way nicer and bigger than it is. The unit had had some updates but is dated in many places which aren’t in the pictures. Second bathroom shower was not clean and completely clogged. I had to remove a ton of hair to get water to flow. It was pretty gross. In the master bath, there was toothpaste and hair in and around the sink. Not sure how this was missed but in a Covid world it was unacceptable. Many areas were not clean. Kitchen was not very clean. Many dishes were dirty and we had to run them through the dishwasher. Turning function in microwave didn’t work. I did appreciate how well stocked the unit was with soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, etc. Living room had lots of dust and hair. Had to clean with some wipes but after that it was fine. The work out facility and pool were closed due to Covid. That was one of the main attractions for us so it was a bummer. It was nice and close to downtown. We loved this aspect. For the price, there are other nicer units close to downtown that are much newer and larger for the money.

Great family getaway

This condo is very comfortable and homey. We enjoyed the large dining table for games. It is in a great location and close to food and stores. Laundry facilities in the condo make it easy to pack a backpack and hop on a plane.

Property was located in great location with walking distance to several shops & dining. Dryer takes a while to dry clothes. And parking garage is a little small for a full size truck. But we was able to back and park along the side. Overall we enjoyed our stay !!

Great condo!!

Cozy updated condo. Was perfect for a long weekend for two couples. We drove up Thursday, parked our cars and didn't get back into them until we left Sunday morning. Shuttle access is right there and you can walk to so many restaurants, shops etc.. Our only complaint was that the outdoor hot tub was not working and when we tried to go to the indoor hot tub the water was cold and there was a bunch of black things floating in the water. After a long day of skiing we really wanted to sit in a hot tub but had to pass.

Overall we had a good stay. The condo served its purpose. It could use a deep clean (there were cobwebs in the master ceiling, etc). The location is great and the parking spot was very convenient.

The place was awesome. Perfect location. Only issue we had was being on the bottom floor the people staying above us sounded like they were stomping as they walked all day and most of the night. Like they never sat down ever!!!!!

Fantastic location for Winter Park ski experience

Our family of five enjoyed this property and highly recommend staying here! The floor plan provides plenty of space to spread out with ample seating for meals, playing games, and relaxing. The washer and dryer came in handy. The kitchen is fully stocked with cookware, bake ware, pantry staples, and a slow-cooker. The master bed, queen bunk beds and queen sofa pull-out are comfortable. Heaters worked well, and the floor heaters were nice! This end unit provides beautiful views of the surrounding area. The location is a five-minute drive to Winter Park Ski Resort. There is also a Lift stop in front of the complex, very convenient. Winter Park, CO is a wonderful choice for a family ski trip!
