Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. The chalet worked good for us. Loved having the hot tub and the park to walk in. One thing to point out...it is not walking distance to anything during the winter. We were told by locals you can walk downtown in the summer. The Lift shuttle stop is right at the entrance, which is very convenient but they are not very consistent. The app is difficult to follow. I suggest calling the number on the sign when you need information. They were always helpful. They have a short bus that runs later in the night as well by calling this number. Volario's, the family owned Italian restaurant, was wonderful. We thought Deno's was average and overpriced.

Spaced out over 3 levels however bottom bedroom a bit tight. One of the en suite bathroom showers could have been cleaner. A couple of windows were not cleaned, lip marks and hands marks. Some kitchen dishes not clean. Living room area furniture not conducive for lounging after a day of skiing. PACMAN video game upstairs super fun. Beds comfortable. Well stocked kitchen.

Management was very quick to have a temporary microwave as when I tried to heat a meal for granddaughter, wires or something started burning and filling up house with smoke & alarms went off. Front foyer was a bit cramped trying to have 6 people take off shoes before going in, but we managed. Great stay overall!

Great Family Stay

First of all, during the entire process the communication from the rental group was excellent. From check-in to check-out all the information needed was communicated and clear. Very much appreciated. The property was in a great location, clean, and well stocked with all of the essentials and a bunch of fun board games that we had fun playing. We enjoyed the private hot tub (especially after a day of skiing at Winter Park), and overall had a great time and were very happy with the rental.
