The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. We loved everything about staying at this property. Its proximity to the ski resort and to the town is within a couple of minutes drive. It was easy to find upon arrival. The property was clean and had everything we needed. We did get a bit warm since the sun comes in the windows for a good part of the day and there are no fans. We were there during a particularly warm week for skiing. Average temp was in the 60s while we were there. The views were incredible! I would absolutely stay here again in a heartbeat!!

We really enjoyed this villa during our stay in Winter Park and wished we could have stayed longer. The location was ideal, the private balcony hot tub and views of the mountains were PERFECT after a long day on the slopes. Would consider staying here again if we visit again!

The view from this home was absolutely stunning! It was a huge bonus that they have the hot tub located on the deck so that you can enjoy the view of the mountain while taking a soak! Having the bus stop to take us to the mountain just up the road was also convenient.

Beautiful and Clean Getaway!

My family and I had an amazing stay and would do it a million times over again. The space was gorgeous, spacious, well maintained and an overall beauty. There was more than enough beds and linens to accommodate our family of 6. The space had everything we needed as far as cookware, extra blankets, etc. we found the place pretty easily and was able to enjoy our stay through family game nights, time spent in the jacuzzi and more. We give this space a 10 out of 10!

Great property, great location!

Overall, the property is fantastic. Spacious, clean, updated, very comfortable. Check-in/check-out process very straightforward, good communication by management company. Excellent location. We loved our stay. The only comment is we were there for a short-stay, the hot tub was chilly when we checked in and lost use the first evening while it fully warmed. The mgmt co was responsive and transparent when questioned status and quick responding with updates. We will stay again for sure.

Absolutely Perfect

There really is nothing more to say, except Absolutely Perfect. Our unit was stocked well and had plenty of space for our party of seven. We loved the Hot Tub, BBQ and Fire Place. Everything is well appointed, especially the foyer off of the garage on the ground level with the living space on the second and third floor. Close enough to the village to walk, but far enough removed to enjoy the peace and quiet. Also, right on the green line bus route. We will return!

•Communication: All via email, easy to follow instructions•Distance from Gondola: About a 200 yard walk to shuttle stop. 10 minutes on shuttle to drop off then another 200 yard walk to Gondola. Maybe 20 minutes to return on shuttle. •Furnishings: Decor and furniture and lighting needs updating. Kitchen, beds, laundry all fine. Hot tub good. Awesome cathedral ceiling and view from living room.•Overall: worth it! A little more walking to slopes than expected but doable.

Beautiful Condo, Unhappy with Management Company

The condo was nice, well equipped with everything you would need. Beds were great! Hot tube was great. The window coverings in the great room don’t open so you cannot see the beautiful view to the deck and hot tube as shown in pictures of property. The fridge seemed to not be working well and the management company blamed us for filling it too much which we didn’t have hardly anything in the fridge at all. The overwhelming amount of rules, postings of rules everywhere throughout the condo and the constant threats of being charged fees made me very frustrated and I never really relaxed. I have stayed in numerous vacation rentals and never felt this way, and the one thing I reached out to the management team about (the fridge) I was blamed for it not working was extremely frustrating. The condo was great, but I will never again stay at a property with the same management ever again.
