Disclosures
The majority of the properties in the Winter Park area do not have A/C due to the cooler climate. The resort base closes during the off seasons in the spring and fall but the downtown area remains open year round. A complete list of our discounts and optional services can be viewed on our website. Our designated pet friendly properties have a pet fee of $49 nightly with a 2 dog max. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture or beds and must be crated if left alone. Additional fees will apply for non-compliance. Quiet hours are 10pm to 8am Daily. There is parking for 3 vehicles at the property (2 in garage 1 in community parking lot). STR license #023344

The house was perfect for our large extended family. Everything was clean and welcoming. The kitchen and family room is where we spent most of our time over Christmas. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed to make meals, big and small.

Wonderful Family Home

What a beautiful home for a family vacation. Brand new, many bedrooms and bathrooms, an amazing view of the mountains, and you can walk to many restaurants and shops in Winter Park. The hot tub was a huge hit with the grandkids ages 4-16. We will definitely be back!

Great stay in winter park

Our stay was great. The house was everything it said it was. Area was great and close to downtown. Had problem with empty propane tanks but emailed the host and they got back right away and the next day they had new tanks for us to use that night. Would come back and stay here again in future. Thanks for the great stay.

The house was amazing! Exactly as advertised, plenty of supplies/dishware/cooking utensils in the kitchen to be able to make whatever you want. There was plenty of space for our large group of 11 to spread out and feel like we were not on top of each other. The views from the rooftop deck area were great, even got to see a black bear roaming the mountainside!!

Wild360 was a perfect weekend getaway for my wife's birthday! The property is nicely decorated, everything felt brand new and very clean. The house is well stocked with, towels, shampoo and all the basic spices , etc.The hot tub was a bonus after spending all day trying to keep up with our kids on the slopes. Maybe the only negative was, we had to leave this beautiful home. We will definitely recommend this place!!

Great property

There was only half a roll of toilet paper in the whole house upon checkin. The master bathroom had long dark hairs all over (We are blonde). Other than that the house, location, amenities were great. Those are easy fixes to make it better in the future.

Thoroughly enjoyed our family vacation to Winter Park. It was our first time in the area and the house we stayed in was spectacular and within walking distance to main street. It came fully stocked with everything we would need, extremely clean, and more than enough room to accommodate all 10 of us. Had a minor issue with one of the sinks, sent an email and it was fixed right away. Only complaint is there were not enough towels to accommodate all the guests, or even additional towels in all sizes under the sinks but there was a washer and dryer in the unit so that helped.

March ski @ Winter Park

Check in was smooth. Location was perfect! Walking distance to shops and restaurants of Winter Park. Short five minute drive to WP ski resort and Mary Jane. Walk to a nice walking/hiking trail behind the neighborhood. Parking for two vehicles in garage and on site community lot for 4-5 cars, depending on how much snow is piled up. Well stocked kitchen for cooking in. Plenty of towels, shampoos etc. Take note this property requires all guests to be able to walk stairs as it’s 4 levels of living. Super cool rooftop deck w spectacular views. Nice hot tub and grilling areas as well. Would highly recommend and will stay here again.
