Amazing Location - Amazing Staff

Trailhead Lodge is located right in the middle of Winter Park. Park and walk. The condo was very cozy with a fireplace, and big enough to spread out. Even better, the staff was very accommodating and responded immediately to any request (in particular Jill was amazing). I had to extend my stay and they dropped off extra toiletries and checked on me that all was going well. The condo had everything you could need - kitchen stocked with dishware, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker; washer/dryer and plenty of towels. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely stay here again!

Ski vacation at Winter Park

The place was very comfortable, clean and larger than appeared in photo. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our short stay. Good location to ski area and short walk to restaurants and shops. Would stay there again if we return to winter park.

Awesome stay

This was a lovely weekend trip to Winter Park to escape the heat at home. The condo was super clean and in a perfect location to easily access everything in town. Winter Park Lodging Co staff was very helpful with check in info and when we texted them with a few questions we had. We'll be back for another visit soon!

Property really clean and everything you need. Really spacious for a 1 brd. Management company really good communication. Comfty bed, quite, great location. Only complaint would be there is no view from this unit a little dark inside and pool is really small. But for price we'd stay again

Lovely summer weekend in Winter Park

This is a lovely condo. We were welcomed with little mountain snacks which came in handy while mountain biking. The kitchen was well equipped and the owners seemed to pay attention to small details. The pool and clubhouse were perfect for teens.

Winter Park SkiTrip

We had an excellent stay at unit 512. The condo was easy to find. The accommodations were clean, spacious and comfortable for the two of us. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare coffee and basic meals. The bathroom has a large tub, plenty of hot water and wonderful towels. One of the towel bars fell off the wall the first evening. We reported the problem and it was promptly repaired the next day. The bedroom was delightful with a king sized bed and luxurious bedding. We tested out the self inflating queen size bed for guests that never arrived but the blowup bed worked fine. We loved the radiant floor heating. The Wi-Fi worked great. The living room TV was great to watch the Olympics. The instructions for our stay were clear. We visited the clubhouse located close to our condo and enjoyed the hot tub and pool. We easily found The Lift bus stop to get us to the mountain. We found good restaurants a short walk away. We would stay again next chance we get.

Great time!

The units heat was not working day of check-in. Staff was able to get it fixed shortly after scheduled check-in. They also provided space heaters to help unit get to 70 degrees. The steps leading through the gate to outdoor pool/jacuzzi on backside of clubhouse were dangerously icy. Overall, great and responsive management, perfect location and very comfortable accommodations. I will stay in this unit in the future with my family!

Great location! Wonderful, new space. Condo has no air conditioning and gets very warm, so you need to sleep with all windows open. With close neighbors and construction, this can be very loud - do not plan to sleep late. Also, do not count on the air mattress as there is no room to set it up. Easier to use the pull-out couch, but less comfortable.

Wonderful time in Winter Park

This was very much a last minute trip but everything worked out perfectly including our stay at this property. Perfectly located, we were able to walk to dinner every night, cook in the morning,, and get to our destinations within minutes. We were cozy, comfortable and felt at home at this property. I am typically about where I lay my head, but I Would definitely stay again!

The apartment was fantastic for a weekend getaway for my GF and me. The customer service was fantastic, the apartment was spacious and clean, plus it was in a fantastic location. Recommend to anyone looking for a nice and easy getaway.

I recently rented trailhead lodge and we loved it. Its clean and cozy and perfect for a weekend or longer. We were greeted with a welcome note and some snacks which was nice. we did not use the fireplace but Im sure it is great for the winter. There is a kingsize bed and a washer and dryer. There are no ceiling fans (I am a hot sleeper) but they did provide a large box fan which helped tremendously! There is a nice little porch with a sliding glass door and screen to let fresh air in. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend to any family or friends. Winter park lodging staff is helpful and friendly, I will be returning again for the third time in the not so distant future :)

Average....only because of the circumstances of broken items.

I recently sent a request for clarification. We truly enjoyed our stay but we did have to call about the dishwasher which had glass stuck in the motor...therefore it did not operate for us. We also had a microwave stop working on the same day. The young repairman was wonderful.....efficient and friendly. The microwave could not be fixed so he provided a small counter top substitution. It wasn't terrific but it warmed items. I noticed that WE paid a damage deposit. We broke nothing but entered the agreement with two broken items. Is there some way you might refund us with (at least) the damage deposit. MANAGER COMMENTS: So sorry about the malfunctioning items during your stay Maureen. We are reaching out to you offline to clarify and work things out.
