Managers of this establishment are downright rude and inconsiderate. These people should not be in business. I was put in a pet friendly room which hadn’t been cleaned and still smelt dog, when asked to change rooms they wanted me to cancel my booking and go else where. As there was no other accomodation available in the area I was forced to put up with it. The next day I was force to vacate the premise and comeback later in the afternoon. They wouldn’t even change their room cleaning schedule so I didn’t have to leave. These people and the rooms are the worst I have stayed on the central coast. I would not recommend staying here to anyone!! Warning!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

Give this one a miss

Our room lacked curtains. When we queried this the owner said he had only been there 3 weeks and no one else had complained! We usually wash up any dishes we've used but didn't because there wasn't any dishwashing liquid supplied. The cupboard under the kitchen sink was off one hinge. The cutlery tray had rusty, grimy cutlery. See photos.

The Motel, though dated, was convenient and staff very friendly and helpful. There was a smell in drain in bathroom but all nevertheless clean. Comfortable bed and good shower.

A lot of road and rail noise. Broken cupboard door No hot water in the shower until you run the kitchen tap.to lug the kettle in I had to move the microwave.
