Beautiful hotel! It is amazing to be able to stay for a couple of nights. I just found that the oom temperature could not be controlled, and the shower was a little broken, Otherwise, all was perfect!

Enjoyed our stay. The room was clean although we had a disabled suite, which meant the shower was too low and as a result flooded the bathroom. Overall it was very good though and we would happily stay again.

Beautiful building, the rooms are spotless and the staff are friendly and efficient. There is a bit of noise from the train station next door but that also means it is very convenient for travellers

Hotel was lovely.Spa wasn’t very good at steam room and bubble tub wasn’t working and we were looking forward so much to it.Our toilet was blocked aswell not good but they came quick to sort it.I will be putting a full review on trip advisor and some of it won’t be good

I love the lobby area and the beautiful cafe. The grand staircase is also great! The room is just standard considering the lobby and the building is so pretty. I love the bathroom tho. Plus point is the spa downstairs although the changing room is quite dirty.

Everything was great from arriving at the hotel to leaving, all staff were great, breakfast plentiful and hot, the room was good just one suggestion a chair rather than a stool in the room my preference.
