There was a problem with noice coming from the night club next door. Many guests thought the "music" was a disturbance. We were allowed a complimentary breakfast as a result of our complaint.

What stood out for me in staying at CitizensM was the excellent, and very helpful staff. Rooms were very clean. My only minor complaint was the very small sink outside the shower and toilet. I would definitely stay here again.

Very expensive for the small, hot rooms. Staff were friendly and helpful, especially our check in host from Australia. We had problems with our IPad and everything went dark and I had to go downstairs to reboot. $300 for those type of things is the reason for my very average rating of the hotel.

Check in system was down upon arrival. Could not get into our room right away which was annoying, but things happen. Staff finally gave us keys to check in but they didn’t actually work. After about 45 minutes staff came to our floor to let in the people waiting, 5 different rooms. They never apologized and acknowledged the inconvenience. When we left our room the keys stil were not working. Came back 7 hours later and checked in with staff who assured us keys would work. My mom attempted to go get into the room but key still didn’t work. Staff said she would leave two vouchers for coffee in the AM. They did not do that. When my Mom attempted to get a coffee in the morning staff was rude.

Great amenities and super tech friendly. Located in a great area that was easily walkable to a lot of places! Only downside was the positioning of the bed, I had to climb over my husband to get in and out of bed.
