Great location, great price

This is a reasonably priced hotel in a great location in Zurich's Old City. Only a 10 minute walk from the main train station, it is in the middle of tons of restaurants and shops, and walking distance to many cultural sites. The staff are also very nice and professional. I would stay here again.

Amazing small boutique hotel in the heart of Zurich. Staff were very helpful even giving us an extended check out. Location is the best. Also has the most amazing restaurant that serves the best fondue’s - the line up of people waiting each evening is huge! 10/10

The hotel is in a great spot, just a quick 10 minute walk to the Duomo Cathedral. It’s not the newest place, but the cleaning staff really do a great job keeping things tidy. The best part has to be the breakfast, it’s amazing! The service in the breakfast area is super friendly, and I was totally surprised to find latte art at the buffet.

It was right in the middle of everything! It was such a great location for my quick one night stay. Great restaurant on the ground floor. Traveling alone I felt safe in the area. Staff was extremely helpful and helped me arrange a shuttle back to the airport. Free drinks in a cooler was definitely a plus! Will definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

Warmly Welcomed & Pleasant Stay!

I arrived late at night, but still, was warmly welcomed by the young girl at reception. She provided clear information about my stay and explained that guests can help themselves to cold beverages from the lobby fridge, free of charge. This was a lovely touch. My room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The hotel itself is located in an ideal proximity to local landmarks, shops, restaurants and public transport. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay and highly recommended to fellow travellers.

For a three star hotel, it is very nice and the location is very convenient. Unfortunately, our room faces the hotel restaurant's outdoor dining, so it was very loud.

Nothing fancy about this place. Extremely functional, bizzarely practical room and hotel built around you. I have gone to ZH twenty years, most expensive properties to a standartized Marriott. This one I saw every time. Never stopped. Ideal experience. On my birthday too.

The noise and paper thin walls- we had to have our windows open as there is no air conditioning and there is a large outdoor patio area just outside our window and the worst part was being woken up at 5am to someone vacuuming the outdoor area hitting every table! Also having an uncomfortable bed against the wall unfortunately made the situation even worse being 2 people in the room. We would recommend this hotel

You could not ask for more old world charm than this hotel. It’s located on the corner of a cobblestone plaza with plenty of food options. The rooms were nice although a little small - but this was expected for a hotel in the old town. The breakfast options were good and the staff served any type of coffee or tea you’d like. A big perk was that they kept a complimentary drink fridge near the lobby with bottled waters. They gave a 50% discount to the Kunsthaus Museum of art - the buildings history involves an artist whose works can be seen around the hotel and the museum. The only drawbacks were that the A/C didn’t seem to cool as much as we hoped and leaving the window open let in a lot of smoke smell from the streets below (however, we found this to be the case all over the Swiss cities).
