One private room, ease to access to the city center, landscapes and airport

The room has almost everything you need for a temporary stay, including a comfortable bed.
In the shared area, you can access to irony and some cleaning stuff.
The kitchen is for shared use and well-equipped.
The bathroom is also for shared use.
There is a lovely rooftop for the entire building, equipped with a table and chairs for shared use. Often quiet and uncrowded, with charming forest and mountain view.

The space
Comfortable and practical private room in the border of Zurich city and Dübendorf.
Only 10 minutes to the center of Zurich city (HB), and 5 minutes to the center of Dübendorf.
Just 3 minutes walk to the Stettbach train, tram, and bus station, where you can take a train to literally everywhere in Switzerland.
There is a bus station exactly in front of the building.
Zurich Airport is also easily accessible from the flat, only 3 minutes walk, and then taking Tram 12, which goes to the airport directly in around 25 minutes.
If you have a car, there are usually enough parking slots around the neighborhood where you can park your car easily.
There is also a gym besides the flat if you are interested in.

Pet and smoking are not allowed inside the flat.
