This is my favorite hotel for staying downtown. Great sit down breakfast and a clean and cold pool on the roof. Close to everything. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Cant beat it for the price!

Absolutely loved the rooftop pool. It was a bit chilly but on a nice hot day. It felt fantastic. Breakfast was delicious. The only thing I would say is don’t stay on the third floor because when they rearrange chairs on the pool that’s all you hear.

Everything was fine at the property. Room was nice size, bed was comfortable, bathroom large, free breakfast was lovely with many choices, pool (didn't use) area was great bonus. Staff was helpful. Elevator great to have. Only two issues: teeny bugs in bathroom got into my toiletry bag and don't know what drew them -- it was a line like ants leading to my bag. I rescued what I could but those lil bugs were in the bathroom the whole time. I told staff and they said they were out of what they'd need to get rid of them but would take care of the next day. I was leaving the next day, but all else was clean so I don't doubt them. Also an issue though not hotel's fault: pretty loud music from nearby until 11:30 pm.

People are super nice. . Some of the bars around the hotel are noisy , but that's Mexico. It seems to caterer to an older crowd but there were younger couples here as well. The breakfast was filling and kept us going till dinner. The rooftop lounge and swimming pool were lovely. I think this will be our home base in Cozumel Its very sedate( at least when we wewe there)
