Overall this is a very nice resort with lots of amenities, good restaurants and EXCELLENT SERVICE. The entertainment was good and there’s always lots for kids to do. (We travelled here with a 4,6 and 13 year old) The beach area is great compared to the surrounding resorts and the pools are also nice and big and always available. I would recommend this very large resort to any family or group for sure. Just not a couple as a romantic destination. Thank you to the wonderful staff who made this experience so great!!

Beautiful vacation, and beautiful pools. Joining the Facebook group ahead of time really helped with general knowledge, and answered any questions. I didnt prefer building 18 on the highway side as was loud at night with traffic, and didnt seem relaxing, but if it had been on other side of building it was a great location. Great buffet, a la cartes were competitive to get if didnt book 10 days in advance, but i know for next time. Beach was great, even for Coba guests as it was rocky, but we knew ahead of time so brought water shoes. Go to every show as they are amazing. The entertainment staff are hard workers and we enjoyed everything they had to offer. Eder, Yoda, Iran and Valentine Cupid guy. We loved all of them❤️🌴 Also show up 15-20 mins early for morning bike rides..they are super fun. We will be back!! Hopefully rooms get a facelift by then as they are super basic and rustic, but not a deal breaker. We loved our visit to Bahia Coba 🌴☀️

We stayed in a large group of 9 for 9 days, the staff were able to accommodate us all into the same villa, and the villa of our preference. The property is quite large, we stayed in Coba which is the cheapest, there is some walking but the furthest walk for us was the beach and it was usually only about 6-8 min walk. They do also have trams that come around for those who prefer that, I actually liked the walking. There is tons of wildlife on the resort but they all keep to themselves and are quite lovely to watch. The rooms were nice and well kept. Like I said we had many families in the same villa and would often go back to our rooms to shower and get ready at the same time. There was no shortage of hot water at any time which I was pleasantly surprised by. There is lots to do on the resort and many excursions near by that are easy to arrange. The buffet is huge and has a great selection, we never went hungry. I am vegetarian and we also had someone who was gluten free and the options were great. We were never stuck eating the same things every day. My one huge downfall to this resort is that there are no smoking designated areas. So people will smoke anywhere on the resort, often on paths walking or during outdoor shows or even on the beach and at the pool. Leaving their cigarette butts around as well. It's quite disgusting for a nonsmoker and for a family oriented resort with children around.

The staff were eager to please and worked very hard to make our stay enjoyable! It was easy to walk to the dining rooms and special shows. The pools were lovely and ideal for families of all ages. We particularly enjoyed the Origin show! Cost a little extra but well worth it!
