"We have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, and the last few times, service has been going downhill. No room cleaning until a knock on the door late afternoon following the second night. By that time, we just requested clean towels and called it a day. The only other lacking was formerly coffee was available all day. On Sunday, after attending the Alan Jackson till after midnight, we slept in. Coffee was all closed up by noon. Otherwise I would probably stay at Hyatt Place Downtown Nashville again."
