We booked with Hotels.com but was told later we could have gotten a AAA discount if we booked directly. The room and queen beds were comfortable and clean, staff was cooperative and responsive. BTW- that location is ideal if you would like to take a 10 minute walk over to the free tour of Opryland gardens, without having to pay to park.

Didn’t like the loud music coming from the next door bar until 1 am. Definitely unpleasant when trying to sleep. That’s the only downside to staying here.

Room was clean and breakfast was good. Staff was pleasant. Services (fresh towels and bedding) to be provided every other day. However, housekeeping entered the room with do not disturb sign on door but never left any clean towels. I had two lotions instead of a condtioner which i ended up borrrowing from the room next door (friend's) and the conditoner was removed.
