Staff were great the lady waved the £30 holding fee. The only negative I had with the room was the light flashing above the bed (smoke alarm) which was green so in the night was difficult for me to sleep upright with a green flashing light. Also the tv and pairing Netflix from my phone would not ...

The room was pretty clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and they even had free pastries and muffins out. They allowed me to check in early and to keep my things there for a couple hours after check out.
