"Big thanks to Manager Ally and the team (particularly Alyss) for their unwavering positive, polite, friendly and helpful service, even in the face of rude and unpleasant customers (which I witnessed a couple of times). I spent a number of weeks at Meriton Broadbeach and was always greeted with a smile and polite attitude. I cannot praise Ally and the rest of the staff highly enough for their efforts in making me feel welcome for the duration of my stay from check-in to check-out. 5 stars for all! "Finally a hotel with a soft luxurious bed! We stayed in a newly renovated king room and it was fabulous. Most hotels these days have hard mattresses and it’s a nightmare for my hips! I was so relieved when I laid on the bed and it was soft. The buffet breakfast was great too. A lovely weekend all round. "
