"Great Staff. Beds were very small and rooms were tight. No room for us to walk around or put our luggages comfortably due to tiny rooms. Breakfast was always cold. Coffee was great tho."

"This was possibly the worst hotel room I've stayed in. I booked a standard room but they gave me an accessible room which unfortunately just did not work for us. The shower handle was literally in the middle of the tub so you can only use half of the tiny tub space. The tub design itself is a slip ..."

Petit Palace Trencadis

"We really enjoyed our stay at Petit Palace Trencadis in Barcelona and would definitely stay here again. The breakfast buffet was excellent, with a very nice selection. The location is in a quiet area, yet conveniently close to grocery stores, other shops, and a market, which made it very easy to pick up anything we needed. And the staff were fantastic. Everyone was friendly and helpful; Kim deserves a special mention for being especially welcoming and attentive. Of course, no hotel is perfect, and there are a few things to be aware of. This is a boutique hotel, not one of those large luxury hotels on Passeig de Gracia. So, if your main goal is to impress people, you may want to stay there instead — and be prepared to pay accordingly! But for us, the smaller, more personal atmosphere was part of the charm. The hotel is also about a 10-minute walk from the Metro, so it is not quite the most convenient option if you want to use public transportation. And while the pool is a nice feature, the view from it is nothing particularly memorable. All in all, we had a wonderful stay. Great breakfast, friendly staff, a peaceful location, and all the everyday conveniences nearby. We left very happy with our choice and would happily recommend Petit Palace Trencadis to others visiting Barcelona."
